This notice covers the Bookkeeping Needs Form. The form collects your name, email address, service choice and any business name or message you choose to provide.

How we use your details

We use these details to review your bookkeeping needs, respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible service scope and price. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list or create a service agreement.

Where your enquiry goes

The form uses FormSubmit to forward your enquiry to karan@myleadsfactory.com. FormSubmit processes submissions and states that it retains submission records for 30 days. Its privacy policy describes its own processing. Our response and a copy of your enquiry may remain in our email records.

Keep financial information out of this form

Please do not include bank account numbers, passwords, payment details, statements or other sensitive financial documents. We will agree an appropriate way to provide bookkeeping records during onboarding.

Questions or deletion requests

Email karan@myleadsfactory.com to ask about your enquiry information or request its deletion from our records. This notice does not describe a future client document-upload system; its controls and terms will be agreed separately.
